Something that I love ♥

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;  Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;  Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.  Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.  Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.  If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.  Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.  Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
~Romans 12:9-21

My mothers homemade is THE best ever...but the true
"bread of life"...comes from my daily time with God every morning before the day gets going and busy...I love to sit and just read the Bible and write in my journal (s),  and this passage really means a lot to me right now!
It sort of describes what our lives as believers s h o u l d look like. ♥
Above the passage in my Bible it says "Christian Conduct".

I hope that you are blessed, my dear friends...and that you as well love to spend time with His Majesty  each day!
Love~

  3. Dear Maggie,
    you are an encouragement and a sweet blessing to my day. These scriptures have been my portion, as I have wrestled to put things into perspective this morning, leaning in to Him to rest assured again in His will for my life. Sometimes I am hit with a need for that reassurance of His will for my life. I can go along and know it and then some days it hits me "What is your will for me oh Lord". It is right before my eyes, but I don't always see it. I am thankful for His Sweet presence, and His wonderful word of encouragement, and His body that helps encourage. Have a lovely week. I love your Mama's beautiful bread. Many blessings to you both.
